Navigate to the Home Collection page, fill in your personal and address details, select the tests you require and choose a convenient date and time. Once submitted, our team will confirm your booking and a phlebotomist will visit you for sample collection.
After logging into your customer portal, navigate to the Reports & Records page to view a list of your available reports. Click the download icon to securely access your report in PDF format.
You can make payments securely through our Payment Portal. Choose the amount due for your tests or consultations, scan the UPI QR code or pay via any supported method. Once confirmed, your payment history will be updated automatically.
Yes. On the Reports page, choose the printed report option and provide your delivery address. A small additional fee applies for printing and delivery. You'll be notified when your printed report is dispatched.
